There is very little awareness in India about the African continent (which is often mistaken as one big country), leave alone the delicious food that comes from the various countries in Africa. With that being said, come and join me. Let me take you on a cultural journey across West Africa through food. You will learn how to make some of the most authentic, lip smacking dishes from the West African countries of Nigeria, Ghana, Gambia, Senegal, Angola and Cameroon. Not only that, but you will also learn about the dishes’ origins and about the said countries. In the Exotic West African Cooking Module you can expect: Ingredients: Fresh organic produce, authentic spices, organic feed fed meat One on one classes only due to Covid. Recipes: They will be mailed to you at the end of each session. This is a 6 class module spread across 6 weeks. You will be learning: Week No. 1.
