So, it means that you will be able to source all the ingredients locally. And by the end of this module, you will be make some of the most famous Thai dishes like a seasoned pro. In this module: Total Number of Sessions: 6 sessions. Total of 24 hours of learning. (1 class is 4hrs) Ingredients: Fresh organic produce, authentic spices, organic feed fed meat (chicken, pork, beef and fish will be used) Batch size: 1 on 1 classes only. Steamed Layer Cake (Kanom Chan) + Coconut Custard Dessert (Khanom Krok) (snack) Steamed Sticky Rice 6. Thai Chicken Toast (Khanom Pang Na Moo) + Seafood Noodle Soup
